Welcome to Unlimited Ink Tattoo. By booking an appointment, contacting us, or engaging with our services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Consultations

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled by phone, in person, or through our social media channels.

• Consultations: Free consultations may be required for custom tattoos to discuss design, placement, and pricing.

• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and goes toward the final tattoo cost.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Missed Appointments: No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit and require a new one to rebook.

• Studio Rights: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen artist availability or emergencies.

3. Age & ID Requirements

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed.

• Valid ID: A government-issued photo ID is required before receiving any tattoo services. No exceptions.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment.

• We maintain strict hygiene standards and use sterilized, single-use equipment for every session.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if we believe tattooing may pose a health risk.

5. Artwork & Ownership

• All custom tattoo designs are the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

• Photos of completed work may be used for the studio’s portfolio or social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Refund Policy

• Tattoos are non-refundable. We stand by our work and offer touch-ups within a reasonable timeframe, provided proper aftercare has been followed.

• Refunds for deposits or services are only considered in rare cases and at our discretion.

7. Website & Social Media Use

• By accessing our website or social platforms, you agree not to misuse, duplicate, or republish any content without written permission.

• Any abusive or inappropriate communication with staff, online or in-person, will result in immediate refusal of service.

8. Liability Waiver

By receiving a tattoo at Unlimited Ink Tattoo, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with tattooing and release the studio and its artists from liability related to infections, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the final result.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
